A Nonny Mouse
Bio
A Nonny Mouse is a semi-retired suspense and crime fiction writer with a bit of a reputation, hence the desire to remain anonymous. However, those who care about such things may want to know that she is a graduate of Stanford and Duke. Before writing full-time, she was a master's level psychotherapist and then a hospital administrator. But mostly, Nonny is a rebel, life-long. She lives on California's North Coast, where many rebels take shelter behind the Redwood Curtain.

"May you live in interesting times..."

It was with a certain perverse pleasure that I came to the computer a little while ago, checked the news, and found that the bailout proposal failed in the House.

I understand it didn't fail for the reasons that gave me that strange, masochistic kick. But still I felt it.… Read full post »

They say we have no royalty in the US of A. They lie. Business is our King, and one gets into the royal line by making a lot of money in Business. Becoming a CEO is a process akin to being knighted. Many a potential CEO, I'm sure, has spent the… Read full post »

Money Not Toilets

A friend's brother just returned from his first trip to China, on business. He was in Beijing, and whatever Shanghai is called now, and a couple of other cities; I hadn't realized I'd be writing about it or I would have written the proper names down. He took many photos while he was… Read full post »
