Bio
I'm a photographer not a writer. Became a photographer when I realized I was better behind the camera than in front of it. This is an experiment to see if the beauty of my words will ever live up to the beauty of my photographs. so far the photographs are winning, but I haven't given up yet.

"The trees stand, winter etchings against the sky, stark in their elemental beauty.  But not lifeless, not even really naked. They are waiting as only trees can wait, for another winter to pass."  ~ Hal Borland's 12 Moons of the Year

This is just excellent, artistic work. The first image so rare and valuable, bravo, Shutterbug. You gave us trees in all seasons, and it is such a strong symbolism about the seasons we all carry inside. If only our seasons were so beautiful as trees, in all times. The Autumn series so admirable!! Rated.
Stathi: The first image has always been one of my favorites, I love to see the witch-hazels in bloom, it means spring is coming.
Just spent four days on a job photographing events at a festival, something like a thousand frames (God bless digital). Kids, kids and more kids, along with adults who acted like kids. What a relief to my exhausted mind to see your nature shots. They're soothing -- and good.
I love your capture of the twelve moons through the stages of trees, first being my favourite too. Great job, Shutterbug!
