Can someone address what is going on with the comment function (or lack thereof) and why now, on top of all this, PMs are a hit or miss proposition at best? I tried to PM this message to you but only got dead, static air. Just like the comment function has been for many days. Thanks!

And while we're at it, I rated just about every post I read and commented on today (all 54 of them). However, when I look at my rating history, only about seven of them show up. What's the deal? Can somebody tell us what's going on in there?
