After tonight I am never going to forget how to spell "hemorrhage" again...well, I probably will...but I shouldn't! Because I have typed that word at least a hundred times in the last 4 hours.

Why? you may ask.

Well it just so happens that a famous person had one (Bret Michaels of Poison and reality show fame if anyone is interested), so I've been writing up medical articles on it to fill out the medical section on Helium. I'm a bit anal like that. They had virtually nothing *omg!!* and part of my volunteer work there is to help fill in the gaps *huge huge gap*

I tend to use the news to spur my creative juices "hmm what should I write about next? Let's see what famous people are dying of" That's usually how it goes. Morbid, yes. Lazy, lol yeah a little.

Anyway...I've knocked out a slew of new titles, and even managed to write to some myself: Are you interested in what the heck a subarachnoid hemorrhage is in the first place? How about how many people die from it. Or maybe you just want to know how to diagnose and treat the damn thing. Well, here ya go.

Now back to my busy schedule...if I can remember what I was doing anyway.

My wife had one in 2005 and I'm still trying to learn out to spell aneursym??? Devastating is all that can be said -- how ever you spell it.
I'm sorry for your wife :( They truly are very devastating for the people involved.

btw, it's aneurysm ;) ann - yer -ism Number one cause of non-traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhages.
I guess every rose has its thorn =(
This is where I come to learn. I'm starting to feel like a real dummy, Alicia. I keep wondering when I'm going to come to your blog and say aha, I know all about that. Just to be clear...I don't want to know from experience.
Don't feel like a dummy, Fay :) There are so many things out in the world to know, noone could possibly know them all (i.e. even though I may know medical stuff, I know very little about a lot of things...like Physics). Plus, that's what textbooks are for! lol
