Yes, Oplis, mitosis - cell division. The cells are being recorded with a new technique to learn about mitosis. This video is of normal cells, the researchers then use RNAi technology to shut off a protein involved in cancer and observe how it affects cell division (mitosis). They hope it will lead to a better understanding of how tumors grow, why people get cancer, etc.
