I am exhausted.  This weekend I didn't do a whole lot.  I went to the gym, but other than that, I just kind of flopped on my couch or bed and relaxed.  I woke up early, took naps both days, and went to sleep early.  I have had a really hard time getting up for work this week too.  I don't know exactly why.  Mentally and physically I am just beaten down.

I can't wait until this home buying thing is over.  It is by far one of the most stressful things I have ever done.  My soul hurts. And my brain.  And my eyeballs.  Argggg.  In the end, I know it will be more than worth it, and I am so unbelievably grateful that I am able to do it, but I am pooped.  At night I try to get home, do chores, and go to the gym, but sometimes I just want to sleep.  Immediately.  Like I'm narcoleptic. 

I am hoping this lack of energy is just due to the craziness and running around I've been doing, but if anybody has any energy boosting ideas, I'm all ears.

Stress will suck the energy right out of you. You can either bull your way through it or maybe some quiet meditation (if you can stay awake)
