I love these photos. So creative!! Reminds me of the artist Andy Goldsworthy. Thank you for the fun.
Thanks, Zanelle. They are influenced by Goldsworthy -- who I did not know about until about a week ago when someone commented on some other pictures of mine looking like Goldsworthy's work. I had been thinking about the full colors of the spectrum being found in the woods all season but was surprised that I had no problem finding enough leaves once I decided to do this shoot. Much of ground is covered in brown now, but "brown" is not descriptive enough for all of the variety: tan, bisque, umber, beige, mahagony, amber, buff, sienna, chocolate....
These are lovely. These are the colors that should be happening now. Not the blooming of flowers that is taking place in this crazy autumn.
Absoulutely gorgeous! I especially adore the bouquet at the end! Thank you for posting such a lovely homage to fall.
Kudos to you for this. I would never have thought of this myself as much as I love colors - especially purple. Rated with a Jali Smile. :-)
This is really lovely. ~r
Who wudda thunk you could make a rainbow from fallen leaves! I love the creativity here. Kudos!
Absolutely perfect!
Congratulations on the E.P.

Congratulations on the EP, Well deserved. More More You inspire me.
@fingerlakeswanderer: The fall here in Central Indiana has seemed pretty normal in terms of how the trees are behaving, although there are still some odd flowers (esp. roses!) that are still blooming in a few places. The leaves have been magnificent colors this year!

@Alysa, Jali, Joan, MC: Thank you for your comments. I'm glad that you have enjoyed looking at these. And thanks for the ratings!

@Bert: Thanks, friend. Who woudda thunk it? Someone who is grateful that those leaves don't weight 2 lbs each so that she could spend time admiring them!

@Zanelle, Thanks for your kind words of praise. Don't know that anyone has ever said I was inspiring. Blush!
The bouquet of nature's palette is a beautiful one indeed.

Very lovely!
I love you for these! Totally made my night!
Very creative. I love that you "discovered" the colors are more that just "brown"!
Hi I think this lady is inspiring too. Look at some of the other installations she does.

@2drake22, @LittleKate: Thanks. Glad you liked them.
@Reborn: Glad I made your day! That makes me smile.
@Jeff S: More than "just" brown, or just red, or yellow, etc. The variety of hues, once you begin looking, is incredible! And, to me, awe-inspiring.
@Zanelle: Thanks for the link. That artist is amazing!
Say you will never leaf me. Nice ones here!
Hi. What gorgeous leaves. And the way you photographed them and arranged them is so lovely. Super-original and they somehow reminded me of my suburban childhood, I don't quite know why.
I love your photos...so breathtaking how you put these together. Thanks for sharing!
Wonderful exhibit, thank you, nice and very soothing, the leaves leave you with a cozy feeling, and the lighting is warm. Ready to sleep like a bear now, until spring comes back.
