Many deal with the difficulty of having people in my life who are living with cancer and have died from cancer. Psalm 19

Praise to You Oh Heavenly One!
Praise to You Father of Love!
Praise to You
Maker of Truth and Light!
For You have lifted my family
and I out of the mire!
Though the enemy tried to
ensnare us
Your perfect timing swept us
up on eagles wings!*
You took us high and above the clouds
and set us down in
sweet fields of flowers.**

There, we conversed with the lilies,
dined with the angels,
and basked in the warmth
of Your Presence!

For though it is winter outside,
the hearth of our hearts
are afire!
We have come out of a season of mourning
and into a season of dance!***
From a time of weeping
to a time of laughter,
from a time of war
to a time of peace!
Blessed be thy name oh Lord!
Blessed be the day you
left witness of Yourself!****
For we cling to the cloak
of You!
I pray for a greater way
to embrace Your Infinite Love.
In rapturous abandonment
we life up our hearts
as a rose of Sharon

to the sun!
Praise and Glory to You
forever and ever!

*Isaiah 40:28.Have you not known? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He does not faint or grow weary; his understanding is unsearchable. 29.He gives power to the faint, and strengthens the powerless. 30.Even youths will faint and be weary, and the young will fall exhausted; 31.but those who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength, they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.

**Song of Solomon 2.10.My beloved speaks and says to me: "Arise, my love, my fair one, and come away; 11.for now the winter is past, the rain is over and gone. 12.The flowers appear on the earth; the time of singing has come, and the voice of the turtledove is heard in our land. 13.

The fig tree puts forth its figs, and the vines are in blossom; they give forth fragrance. Arise, my love, my fair one, and come away.

***Ecclesiastes 3:1.For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven: 2.a time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up what is planted; 3.a time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; 4.a time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; 5.a time to throw away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; 6.a time to seek, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to throw away; 7.a time to tear, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak; 8.a time to love, and a time to hate; a time for war, and a time for peace. 9.What gain have the workers from their toil? 10.I have seen the business that God has given to everyone to be busy with. 11.He has made everything suitable for its time; moreover he has put a sense of past and future into their minds, yet they cannot find out what God has done from the beginning to the end. 12.I know that there is nothing better for them than to be happy and enjoy themselves as long as they live;13.moreover, it is God's gift that all should eat and drink and take pleasure in all their toil. 14.I know that whatever God does endures forever; nothing can be added to it, nor anything taken from it; God has done this, so that all should stand in awe before him.

****1 John 6.This is He who came by water and blood--Jesus Christ; not only by water, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit who bears witness, because the Spirit is truth. 7.For there are three that bear witness in heaven: the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit; and these three are one. 8.And there are three that bear witness on earth: the Spirit, the water, and the blood; and these three agree as one. 9.If we receive the witness of men, the witness of God is greater; for this is the witness of God which He has testified of His Son. 10.He who believes in the Son of God has the witness in himself; he who does not believe God has made Him a liar, because he has not believed the testimony that God has given of His Son. 11.And this is the testimony: that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son.
