Psalm 72
Are you frozen in body and soul?
Filled with guilt?
Unable to forgive yourself
or believe you are forgiven?
As the paralytic whose faith
and the faith of those who carried
him to Jesus; was instantly healed,*
we too, can find that faith
to be who we were made to be!
If we earnestly have prayed
for change or a desire in our hearts,
earnestly
earnestly
without ceasing
and it comes from a place of love:
Today may be the day your prayer is answered!
"Could it be? Is it possible," you ask,
"after all these years?"
The answer is yes, yes YES!
However, it is going to take courage!
A paradigm shift,
letting go of old habits, doubts and fears.
AND embracing GLEE!
Yes, Glee!
If you have prayed
to be able to do what you love
and love what you do,
what does that equation equal?
LOVE.
Stop overcomplicating it!
We as believers are in the sanctuary of Jesus' love.**
For He said,
"Blessed are you who weep now,
for you will laugh!"***
Rejoice and LISTEN
Cleanse your home and life of all that is not
in alignment with God.
Purify your temple
Sing songs of thanksgiving
as they did of old.****
Know Christ as your best friend
Know His voice
and he will guide you as he did
the disciples.*****
Oh Lord God,
Divine Presence
Protector and Provider
May I always and never
forget to see your guidance!
For each day you build upon this temple
Stone upon stone
making sure there are no cracks in our mortar.
So that we may glow in the golden brilliance of
You Our creator!
Let us be willing to be formed by You,
Believing that what you desire for us
is to be all that we are made to be!
So let us discard the old
that held us back and kept us from moving forward!
Our yoke is easy our burden is light!
Praising your Holy name
in a parade of celebration singing,
Christ Light Come,
Come, Light our path
for we are ready to
bask in your Glory and
reflect it for all the world to see!

*Luke 5: 17 One day, while he was teaching, Pharisees and teachers of the law were sitting near by (they had come from every village of Galilee and Judea and from Jerusalem); and the power of the Lord was with him to heal. 18< Just then some men came, carrying a paralyzed man on a bed. They were trying to bring him in and lay him before Jesus; 19 but finding no way to bring him in because of the crowd, they went up on the roof and let him down with his bed through the tiles into the middle of the crowd in front of Jesus. 20 When he saw their faith, he said, "Friend, your sins are forgiven you." 21 Then the scribes and the Pharisees began to question, "Who is this who is speaking blasphemies? Who can forgive sins but God alone?" 22 When Jesus perceived their questionings, he answered them, "Why do you raise such questions in your hearts? 23 Which is easier, to say, "Your sins are forgiven you,' or to say, "Stand up and walk'? 24 But so that you may know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins"—he said to the one who was paralyzed—"I say to you, stand up and take your bed and go to your home." 25 Immediately he stood up before them, took what he had been lying on, and went to his home, glorifying God.
**Hebrews 10:19 Therefore, my friends, since we have confidence to enter the sanctuary by the blood of Jesus, 20 by the new and living way that he opened for us through the curtain (that is, through his flesh), 21 and since we have a great priest over the house of God, 22 let us approach with a true heart in full assurance of faith, with our hearts sprinkled clean from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water. 23 Let us hold fast to the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who has promised is faithful.
***Luke 6: 17 He came down with them and stood on a level place, with a great crowd of his disciples and a great multitude of people from all Judea, Jerusalem, and the coast of Tyre and Sidon. 18 They had come to hear him and to be healed of their diseases; and those who were troubled with unclean spirits were cured. 19 And all in the crowd were trying to touch him, for power came out from him and healed all of them. 20 Then he looked up at his disciples and said: "Blessed are you who are poor, for yours is the kingdom of God. 21 "Blessed are you who are hungry now, for you will be filled. "Blessed are you who weep now, for you will laugh.
****2 Macabees 10:6 And they celebrated it for eight days with rejoicing, in the manner of the feast of booths, remembering how not long before, during the feast of booths, they had been wandering in the mountains and caves like wild animals. 7 Therefore bearing ivy-wreathed wands and beautiful branches and also fronds of palm, they offered hymns of thanksgiving to him who had given success to the purifying of his own holy place.
*****Acts 10:30 And Cornelius said, "Four days ago, about this hour, I was keeping the ninth hour of prayer in my house; and behold, a man stood before me in bright apparel, 31 saying, 'Cornelius, your prayer has been heard and your alms have been remembered before God. 32 Send therefore to Joppa and ask for Simon who is called Peter; he is lodging in the house of Simon, a tanner, by the seaside.' 33 So I sent to you at once, and you have been kind enough to come. Now therefore we are all here present in the sight of God, to hear all that you have been commanded by the Lord." 34 And Peter opened his mouth and said: "Truly I perceive that God shows no partiality, 35 but in every nation any one who fears him and does what is right is acceptable to him. 36 You know the word which he sent to Israel, preaching good news of peace by Jesus Christ (he is Lord of all),
