"Nel mezzo del cammin di nostra vita," I find myself still asking some of the same questions I did when I was just a punk kid. The Big Things confuse me. Fortunately, though, many little things delight and amuse me, and some Big Things--my wife, our kids, our bird and bunny visitors, food, baseball--make me very, very happy. In my pilgrimage, I try to be guided by the wisdom of dear old Auntie Mame: "Life is a banquet!"
Bill: As I said, just lucky--and proof that one should always listen to one's wife! "I'm busy!" I said. "No, you want to see this," she said. "And bring your camera!"
AtHomePilgrim, that's a lovely shot of the sun setting! The color of the sky reminds me of the sunset scene from the original '77 Star Wars movie during the scene when Luke contemplates his future.

Looks like a nice way to see the end of your day. Thanks for letting us enjoy it with you.
Just Pamela: When I reviewed the shots after taking them, I was so glad that the last two showed the details of the trees. I had been hoping!
gmg: You're most welcome!
