Impeach Obama!  So says the Kuhner at the Washington Times.  Let me be clear before I go on, I am utterly ambivalent about the current iteration of this bill, as am I about Obama. I dont want this post to be an argument for or against the bill, I just want to rail against my favorite everpresent target: Republican hypocrisy.

Impeach Obama, for a health care bill... that may be passed by a procedural rule... by congress... which he doesnt own or control.  How utterly stupid must you be to suggest such a thing?  Impeach Nancy Pelosi if you think this is such a grevious constitutional offense, she is in charge of this fucking thing.  Obama is of course is behind the scenes (and in front of the scenes) rallying the democrats in congress and deal making, but does this mean congress has given him autonomy?  How could you fathom impeaching Obama for using the Slaughter Solution when it is not he who is actually doing it.  Okay... thats where the Republican idiocy comes in here is where the hypocrisy comes in....

George Fucking Bush invaded a whole fucking country for made up reasons.  George Fucking Bush knowingly broke the law to spy on Americans.  George Fucking Bush instituted a regime of turture and secret black site prisons.  George Fucking Bush is a war criminal.  Was George Bush impeached?  No.  A few Dems with balls who used to have balls like Dennis Kucinich tried to their credit, but everyone said they were crazy...

Now I see this link on Drudge saying Obama should be impeached... for trying to insure all americans... and for having congress, a separate branch of government, use a procedural loophole to pass it.  What the fuck?  You know what else is a procedural loophole... the filibuster... We dont see Republicans lining up to do away with the filibuster do we?  There is nothing in the constitution about needing 60 votes to overcome a filibuster just as there is nothing about the Slaughter Solution in the constitution, but Republicans dont threaten impeachment over a filibuster do they?  ugh..
