Some days I feel more touched by people who take care of animals than people...
(I only have six cats myself...)
I only have one but I live in a small studio. I actually had to persuade my landlord to allow one.
I was touched by this guy as he seems kinda gruff and he didn't like cats at first. Now he spends 14 hours a day with them. I kinda want to go live there or at least visit. Maybe he could charge for tours.
although Craig has sorta inspired me. I'm not very good at working with people but I've inquired about volunteering at the local spca.
I found out that zoo too article had some mistakes in it.
From the Caboodle website:
Great video, but there's a few wrong facts in the story that should be addressed:
1. It was said Craig had 150 cats in his apartment before his landlord asked him to leave. He actually had 5.
2. Craig never had a $100,000 to start Caboodle Ranch. He bought land, shelter, and whatever else was needed as he could afford it.
3. 6,000 a month does not come out of Craig's own pocket. It comes from the donations of generous people who genuinely care for this shelter.
