If ClarkK had bothered to read Greenwald's post, he would know that several of the names are in the public domain already and have been published in the Washington Post. A classic case of read the fucking article before commenting or you look like a dumb shit.

Perhaps Brown should recall that the Oklahoma City bombers were prosecuted and Tim McVay was only executed after being found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. He should also recall that the alleged 20th hijacker received a trial in Virginia and was found guilty and is now imprisoned. You come across as very uninformed and another complete dumb shit.

"Alleged" is an important distinction here. Gitmo was full of "alleged" terrorists who turned out to be innocent men who were kidnapped for bounties by their neighbors. As Greenwald points out, our government has a very bad track record identifying terrorists and is wrong more often than right. Look at the example of the two Australians Natalie reminds us of.

There is no wiggle room. Summary execution is illegal. Obama is committing a crime with this assassination list just like Bush before him. Wake up.
