If you have been under a rock this week and don't "get" the captioning of this photo, you need to watch this video:
This video shows war crimes. Don't believe me? Watch what happens at the 8 minute mark and then read this passage froom the Geneva Convention:
UN Convention (I) for the Amelioration of the Condition of the Wounded and Sick in Armed Forces in the Field
Article 18
"The military authorities shall permit the inhabitants and relief societies, even in invaded or occupied areas, spontaneously to collect and care for wounded or sick of whatever nationality. The civilian population shall respect these wounded and sick, and in particular abstain from offering them violence.
No one may ever be molested or convicted for having nursed the wounded or sick."
If you have already watched the wilileaks video, a few things have come up since it was released Monday.
Here is an interview with the children we targeted in the Good Samaritan mini-van that was blown to hell 8 minutes into the wikileaks video. The children an American hospital refused to treat:
Also, at 18:54 in the 40 minute Wilileaks video [The 1st video on this page] you hear the helo crew laugh about one of the US vehicles on the ground running over a body. It turns out that man might not have been dead:
and if you think this 2007 massacre is an isolated incident, consider this:
US Marine: [In Iraq] carrying a shovel, or standing on a rooftop talking on a cell phone, or being out after curfew [meant those people] were to be killed. I can't tell you how many people died because of this. By my 3rd tour, we were told to just shoot people, & the officers would take care of us. You should click over and read the entire article this quote is from. It's sobering.
Contribute to Wikileaks here.
Now the US military is claiming they "lost" their copy of the 2007 massacre video. So it is a damn good thing Wikileaks is around so the army can borrow a copy from them.

We need more videos like these to shock the conscience of the ordinary American and renew the anti-war sentiment. Maybe more whistleblowers will come forward after seeing the impact of these examples.
Nothing they do today shocks me.
And I served during peace time.
Sean's comment gives me pause: remote genocide is so much easier. (And I get Sean's excellent point.)
Keep pounding this home. This is just one example of the atrocities that are occurring.
PS: Do you think all the females are actually digesting your ideas or are they just after your macho style and the 'body' of your text? I hate when that happens.
Maybe Wiki-leaks acn produce some good here to expose the facts surrounding this brutality. God damnit! I weep for the horror of it.
Thanks, Behind Blue Eyes. Great post.
