A legal document from the Supreme Court cases challenging the constitutionality of Proposition 8 has become available. A friend of the court brief was submitted:

The heiress and her church, The Kingdom of Heaven World Divine Mission (also known as Rebuild My Church Divine Mission) issues a Letter Brief of Amicus Curiae Demanding the Almighty Eternal Creator's Law and the State of California Constitution Amendment: Marriage Between One Man and One Woman Stay in: Strauss, et al vs. Horton, et al Case Number S168047.
