I've been in drug and alcohol rehab since the end of February, dealing with my latest relapse. This explains why I've been away from this blog for so long. I have very limited access to the internet, so this, and future entries, must be brief. Suffice it to say that this time, at this late date and late time in my life, I'm trying to do it right... I have 2 sponsors, am actively working the 12 steps, and hope to repair the damage I have done to my relationship with my three boys, especially Charlie, 21, and Thomas, 17. In previous attempts to clean up and stay that way I had not gotten a sponsor and had not dealt with a 12-step program in a serious way. I will try to write a bit on how it's all going from time to time. And I must say, it's nice to be back here once again, this time on a more or less permanent basis this time. Your support is certainly welcome here.
