I know doing articles about Miley Cyrus and Lindsay Lohan makes me worse than Larry King, but I was up all night watching news and I should probably do something constructive with it.  Anyway, as she was being sentenced, Lohan tweeted about the "cruel and unusual" clause in the United Nations Convention on Human Rights.  The implication here is that spending 90 days in a minimum security prison for violating parole is legally torture, as defined by the Geneva Convention and the UDHR.  I think maybe the New World Order/Global Government people corrupted poor Lindsay, because otherwise why wouldn't she cite the eighth amendment, which also uses the phrase "cruel and unusual"?  I have to say, though, I'm still pretty impressed.  As you might know, tweets can be broken down into seven basic categories:

-Meaningless, seemingly random babble   (40%)

-Ashton Kutcher's flame war with a cat   (1%) 

-Interesting to note...   (>10%   (Less than 2% actually interesting))

- Questions/weak attempt at conversation   (30%)

Unless this is Lindsay accidentally splicing together unconnected words and phrases from the script of her latest movie, she might have invented a new category.  And I'm not talking about her unique "I make pole dancing look not sexy" category.
