Driving home from work yesterday, I was stuck in traffic behind a middle-aged woman driving a Prius with the window down, in the rain, smoking a cigar, while talking on her cell phone.
Have you seen anything odd lately? Let me know!

Today when I walked the few blocks to the capitol I was following three men in skirts. OK, kilts. OK, they also had bagpipes. OK they're here to play during a ceremony with the National Guard.
But still, it was a little odd to see men in skirts in the winter. OK, you win.
'Cause I've seen that.
People like that should not be allowed on the road. Just saying.
Thumbed.
I remember walking to work in San Francisco one morning and seeing a woman whose pants zipper had busted because her pants were so tight. I went through that whole back and forth thing of "Should I catch up to her and let her know what's going on? Or just leave it to someone else to tell her? Is she going to think I'm some freak following her around town?" I ended up saying nothing!
Bill--People in Austin can barely drive regardless of whether they're doing anything else or not, that's the scary part!
