Rate: 13 Flag

I'm going to take it up a notch. I decided to continue posting dialy but at ten items at a time. Here my following has dwindled to under ten people (thanks to the faithful stilll here) and I will return to my blog, Today's Snowman (not sure what happened here as I used to enjoy a following of sorts but my snowman blog, which sat static for a year and did nothing, somehow took off and now gets thousands of viewers a post).

All items Picturetown Collection © 2007 and not to be reprinted without permission.

Friday I was quoted in a news item about the world's smallest snowman.

For more, there was a short interview with me discussing my writing and stuff on the wonderful writer's site Fictionaut.

To read about the start of the snowman project, there's an old post here on Open Salon that goes into that.

Crop Circle Snowman--genius!

And I wonder what the inside of the snowman house looks like--ever been there?
Bob, thanks for another fascinating snowman images! The snowman house would make a great house in ski country and perhaps the owners could have a summer house by the beach that looks like a sand castle.
Bob, I think your other site has more flexibility in terms of its overall look and feel, so that might be why you've enjoyed a better audience there. OS has so many competing posts that almost everything seems untethered.

Love the photos.
omg - Astroworld wasn't even trying. They should have gotten Elnora to help them with their presentation, because wow, that's a great snowwoman!
The one in Ontario is dressed to the nines! I love Canadian semi-formality.
Snowman crop circles. Love it.
That thimble is so cute! I am enjoying your series.
I love the Crop Circle Snowman....great photos Bob.
Wait just a minute, there, buddy - #5 is a snow WOMAN! What are you trying to pull here? ;-D

I would love to know the details of the first bunch depicted here. Keep 'em coming, snowman Bob! I'm enjoying this romp through snowman history.
