The men on the Senate Nominating Committee are a bunch of sexist and racist trolls, especially Orrin Hatch, who's a Republican from Utah.  He claims that he cannot endorse the nomination of Sonia Sotomayer.  They literally made her jump through proverbial hoops with all the questions they asked her. What the hell was this anyway...the inquisition? 

She's a very qualified person to be on the Supreme Court and has years of expeience on the bench in New York.  She was also in the Manhattan District Attorney's office, working under Robert Morgenthau as an Assistant District Attorney. 

They are putting her through the ringer primarily for something she said during a speech she had given years ago.  The press labeled her as a racist because of it.  Don't you think it was a tad bit extreme?
