Aloha! Was the volcano erupting? Love the Big Island, how lucky for you to spend the month there and come home to spring.

thanks Brian and Ablonde. I realized after your post my error in sloppy writing made it sound like I was gone for a month. Oh lord, I wish, but it was only a week.

One of the problems of being self-employed is the massive amount of work required to sufficiently organize things so you're then able to actually TAKE time off. Add to that, it was the first trip in 11 years without kids, so we needed to prep them as well.

But all's well that end's well, and hopefully it won't be another 11 years for my man and I to get some quality adult time together :)
