New Years Aftermath 

Hope you had as fun and interesting Holiday as we had. Some exciting new projects appeared and something "Really Big" that was supposed to happen in mid-February has now been pushed up to two weeks from now. Yikes! Going from "nuthin' much goin' on" to "I don't have time to fit it all in" T'was ever thus.

Everyone enjoyed the event which began with stretching contests and boundary issue tail-wrestling; the finale, mouse gladiatorial combat, was, as usual, especially well received. Wow! Handsome catz. And they're all looking at the camera at the same time, too. Mine take a perverse pleasure in looking or walking away one millisecond before the shot is taken, I don't know how they know, but they know ;)

If that isn't the most inviting daybed I've ever seen. I'd be so happy curled up among your furry felines. Dear Wedgie is definitely a regal presence--not that I mean any disrespect to the other three, who are all gorgeous in their own right. But even they have to realize there's something special about the big yellow dude.

My Gato is part Maine Coon, which means he reminds me of the most excellent Caruso. Although I doubt he is as large. I think he weights about 13 pounds. What are you tipping the scales at these days, C. Wedgie?

Wow. Tuck looks almost 2-D, it took me a minute to even locate him in the pic. That is quite the royal family.

I'm about 23 lbs and all solid muscle mass if my vet is to be believed. About 3 ft from base of ear to base of tail when in full sprawl. I recently discovered how to flatten myself out to get under a 3" obstruction. I now has a private condo under the couch.

Yeah, yeah. I'm slow these days. My work life is threatening to overwhelm me because as every good employer knows, in tough times the peons have just gotta take it.

Now, in reply to your response. Holy f-*%!(@! sh^*?!! Caruso weighs 23 pounds!! Great upper body exercise for your humans. Pick up the cat. Put him down. Do five reps.

Those other furry babies can't be no slouches either cause they seem to hold their own size wise again the glorious golden one.
