Joyous hoosits back at you. Shavua Tov! Thalia assured us no vermin - it is to laugh. And Terps knows the crazy racoon dance - oy vey! (Must be the Birkat HaChamah.)
I'm not sure raccoons are kosher for Passover. The video was hypnotic.
Wow! I never knew that. They actually used templates for totally different films or shorts. Is this widely known? I guess training times for new artists, production costs, quality control, the brand imaging - literally - all were managed for nth degree of efficiency. What an MBA case study (at least for historical purposes) and all from that one video. Always knew you were a genius, cat! And this why I love OS -- one can learn so much one never knew (as long as you don't visit the cover ;-)). Great post.

WOOF
Amazed, appauled, angry, rapt... and then I realized, he built an empire out of figuring out how to make the churn feed a business.
Reference footage from Snow White ('37) being recycled decades later.
I'm awestruck.
I may never do another original picture ever again.
For one briefest instant I got excited because the Disney templates is on the cover. Someone else's post which includes the Disney templates, put up five hours after yours.
Yeah, that was definitely weird. I saw it on the cover, too, and thought it must have been your post. Ha! Silly me.

I can't blame them for recycling. Those were hand drawn stills, and they took thousands of hours. And none of us even realized they were the same, in spite of having grown up watching hours of Disney.

Chag Pesach Sameach to y'all, too ;)
If you do something right at first I guess you never have to do it again. I've probably written six basic exams in my life but administered hundreds of variations. Great post. Thanks
Yea, I'm not going to comment publicly on that vid making the cover.
It is what it is. I've gotten quite used to their behavior. Thanks to shaggy a lot more people on OS got to see it. That's a good thing.

Me I have a library of about 2000 various poses and really work with somewhere around 30-50. And there's like, what, 8 bats in total?
I seem to remember seeing old reference footage Disney had shot for S.White; fat guys dancing and the like. Years later it's still usable. Elegant!
Pixies, bats, vermin, it's all to the good. Well done.
I had no idea Disney recycled templates. They stole from themselves. Hmm. Wasn't John Fogerty sued for plagiarizing himself?
I like the raccoon. Don't let him get exterminated!
