It's repugnant. It is trading on tragedy. There are 4,5000 tickets for a Glenn Beck and Sarah Palin appearance in Anchorage. The tickets range in price from $73.75 to $225:
"Crowd magnets Sarah Palin and Glenn Beck are teaming up again, this time on the ninth anniversary of the 9/11 attacks.
"We can count on Glenn to make the night interesting and inspiring, and I can think of no better way to commemorate 9/11 than to gather with patriots who will 'never forget,'" Palin wrote of the conservative commentator on her Facebook page. "Hope to see you there!""
Is it to imply that those that put down $73.75 to $225 are real patriots who truly remember? After considerable fury in the media, Beck will donate his fee to the Special Operations Warrior Foundation. The event organizers have not indicated any donations whatsoever. It seems like that is business, as usual.
No opportunity to foster division, gain attention and generate capital shall be missed. It matters not that it trades on one of the greatest tragedies in the history of the United States.

No one is being required to attend or to pay. It's called free choice. Ever heard of it?
Why can't the public see it?
Well the crazy part anyways.

Both of these people are cheap hucksters on the payroll of Rupert Murdock. Never leave a nickel on the table Murdock. They all disgust me.
It's good that they both insulate themselves so well because together as a team they could not come up with anything resembling what we might call Good Idea.
