Bio
Where do you start with something like this. I'm your typical white male. I'm married, for the third time. I have 9 kids and 4 grandchildren. Currently I'm an OTR truck driver. I've been doing it for the past year and a half, but I've had several careers. This one is just the latest. In the past I've tried selling cars. That didn't last long. I should say it didn't take me very long to figure out that I'm to honest to sell cars. I've spent lots of years in the restaurant business. Most of that was in the pizza business either as a manager for other or for myself. I also spent 8 years in the Air Force working in ER's and flying Aeromedical Evacuation. I have to say, the biggest mistake I've ever made was getting out. Anything else you want to know, just ask. I'll tell you.

What's better than a chocolate fudge sunday with a cherry?

Rate: 2 Flag

So what is better than a chocolate fudge sunday with a cherry on top?  Well from a fat guy I would normally say nothing, but the truth is friends.

Friends are where you find them.  Some are online.  Sometimes they stay that way and sometime they come alive.  I've had several come alive.  In fact I'm married to one.

Some you meet because your job has you someplace.  You may or may not see them very often but you never know.  Some you talk to all the time.  Just look at my cell phone bill.  I used 4500 minutes last month.  Except the wife and kids, they are all friends that I was able to meet because of work and/or the internet.

You have to love new friends.  You know what it's like meeting them for the first time?  It's like it's your birthday.   You know it going to happen.  The timing of the party may be unknown other than you want it to happen.

Your new friend is kind of like your present.  You check out the wrapping.  Hopefully you don't shake your new friend.  You can't wait to find out if what's on the inside is what you thought it would be.  When it is, you feel like dancing all night.

Okay, some of us have to work tomorrow so the dancing with the girls may not go on all night, but it will be fun.  It won't last long enough but you are glad you got the time you did, and you know there will be another time.

Friends, they are like that old John Denver song that goes "sunshine on my shoulder makes me happy."  The more the merrier.  They brighten up your day  and hopefully that stay friends and call every now and then when they can.

Yes, you're right. Nothing tops a good friendship. Not even chocolate.
I agree. I do have to say that having that evil fat guy sitting on my shoulder tried his best.

You know how you can tell you like your new friend? When the chocolate fudge sunday comes, and it only has one cherry, you let them have it.
Happy holidays to you and yours and Neena. May your roads find clear songs. Fine kind, you!
Same to you and yours.

Neena said sniff sniff wolf. I really have to learn to speak dog.
