Plus-sized, heavier girls, "real women," whatever you want to call them, are thankfully, at last, getting some love in magazines and popular culture, particularly as designers realize men don't just like stick thin models. But in an age of embracing "curves" are we also seeing rising hate against skinny women? Has the pendulum swung too far in the opposite direction? Tune in to this episode of the Common Room and find out, then let us know what you think! (Part #2 will come in just a few days) What do you think? Are people hating on skinny girls, either now or when they're young? Have we gone beyond just embracing full figured women? Or have things not changed much, and thin is still "in?" Can't we just appreciate the benefits of all types of figures? Leave a comment down below letting us know what you think!
