I laugh my ass off every time I watch this. He leapt like three feet in reverse. It was like he was wired by an acrobatics team. Hahaha. I love the kid so much.

heh. Our cat (originally just my partner's cat) used to do that kind of high hop when she was a kitten, too. She'd just explode straight up in the air when startled for any reason, such as us putting our feet down off the couch. It was truly hilarious. Cats seem to lose that ability once they're full grown and heavier.
