
Currently I am changing my lifestyle. I have been eating really well for the past week. There is a wonderful website called CalorieCount.About.com. Not only can you track your weight on the site with charts and graphs. You can do the same for your food intake, and activities. For some reason this site has made weight loss like a game for me. It is cool to see if you gained all the vitamins and minerals that you need for the day. If you got enough of the good stuff it shows up green in the bar graph. That same thing happens when your saturated fat and cholesterol is down. The best part about the website is that it’s free!
This interactive take on diet & exercise (change of life) makes the whole entire process fun! The good thing is that I can eat something that I like and isn't the best for me (a medium caramel latte... hey, I stopped eating two whole grain pop tarts pastries in the morning.) The thing that I learned about life is that you can have your cake and eat it too (that is if you eat a serving of it.)
