The way it seems is that I would be in a better situation if my parents were dead. I know it seems harsh to say that, but they are they ones that actually put it into my head.
I got accepted into Rowan University without a way to pay. Seriously. I have a 3.94 GPA from community college, and I work my ass off and I didn't get a single grant. The only form of financial aid I got was in the form of LOANS.
I am not a stupid person. I understand that Loans are a necessary evil, but the fact that I didn't get any form of help is really annoying. My parents don't make a lot of money, would I have been better off if they were jobless/ or dead ?
What is the point of working hard and having spotless grades (sorry, almost spotless grades I did get those really low B+'s in math they really dropped my then 4.0 to a horrible 3.94.) if I am not getting anything for them. I might as well sit in the back of a room napping?
The moral of the story is that because of all this bullshit I don't even know if I want to get my B.A in Acting. I want to learning wise, but it is a lot to go through for it. Maybe I should just save up for ten years and then pay for school ahead of time, then at least I could get a "going back to school grant, because god forbid me get funding for trying to finish up school without having to be distracted."
Yeah, that is all.
