It's just too easy to make dumb blonde jokes about Miss California, but let's do it anyway since she repeatedly demonstrating her own stupidity.  Just check out her reasoning in the press conference held today. First, she defends her belief about traditional marriage with a fallacious appeal to her upbringing.  Simply being raised to believe something does not make it true or morally right, obviously.  Second, her response to her critics is bogus insofar as they have right to express disagreement with her views.  She does not seem to understand that rights are reciprocal, which is a pretty basic point to miss.  She's got the right to express whatever views she wants, but she does not have a right to be protected from criticism.  You'd think that would be a no-brainer.   Then there's her closing argument in which she appeals to liberal tolerance, diversity, and inclusion . . . to defend her rather illiberal, intolerant, and exclusionary view of marriage.  Brilliant, huh?  It's almost she does not understand the implications of her own words.  Mr. Trump, please stop paying for these young women to get breast implants and start paying for them to get brain transplants, study some basic political theory, and some basic logic.  How much more interesting would it be if some of these contestants had to solve some math problems or discuss social policy during the bikini portion of the program?
