I find this such a huge coincidence. Last night I was flying over northern Saskatchewan and this full moon started to creep above the horizon. My first thought was of the post that Spotted_Mind had done with the picture of the moon so I snapped a few photos. Now you have to remember this picture was taken at 37,000 feet through heated windows that are about 1" thick, so the quality is horrible. But it just seemed so fitting that as Spotted_Mind was spending her last evening with Nigel that the moon that Spotted loves so much, chose to present itself... in it's fullness.
And as a tribute to Nigel too, I'd like to post a picture I took in Florida this past summer.
Our thoughts are with you, Spotted_Mind.

If you look at enough photos of the Moon you will see its "face." In your photo--see in the upper right side, the round circle/spot???
