[Note: This image in no way represents my opinion or thinking on the matter. It arrived in an email, and I felt compelled to nudge it onto a broader stage, for which I am prepared to endure the slings and arrows of the presumably many who will be deeply injured and offended by such audacity - on both sides of the divide. Am I a masochist or even, possibly, a buttcanyon? Arguments could be made either way, I expect. - Clark]

Well, maybe, Myriad, if one were to look at it as political commentary, as Linda seems to be doing. I'm not too well versed in Canadian/U.S. relations, but I have the impression the U.S. has a reputation for treating Canada a tad condescendingly. In fact, the U.S. treats almost everybody a tad condescendingly, now that I think of it.
Not so sure, Jon, altho I would note that laffter is good medicine, provided the laffter is not mean-spirited.
I saw a great documentary on PBS some years back, Catherine, about the creation of the Mt. Rushmore monument. Here's a link to the PBS website on Mr. Borglum: Mount Rushmore
Linda, you and Myriad seem to be on the same wavelength about this.
now I know why the Proctology Conventions were held in Canada..
