Mother of four. Teacher - currently middle school; college and high school in the past. Newspaper columnist. Don't assume you know what I think about any given subject -you'll just get into trouble that way. Favorite quotes which give you more insight into me than any pretentious drivel I might write - "Treat every man according to his deserts, and who shall 'scape whipping?" - Hamlet (Shakespeare, but you knew that.) "I contain multitudes" - Walt Whitman. "A foolish consistency is the hobgoblin of little minds" - Emerson. "Love the Lord thy God, and love thy neighbor as thyself" - Jesus. "What fresh hell is this?" - Dorothy Parker.

Rate: 3 Flag

Stars don't have to learn their lines.

 Hope springs eternal.

Isn't middle school just Hollywood for little people?
These are great! Keep 'em coming.

BTW, my youngest would agree with the first one, but my second wouldn't. She loves Shakespeare. And last night, my wife and I went to see an old Kurosawa film, 'Throne of Blood', which is a transplantation of MacBeth to feudal Japan.
