There really is nothing you can't do if you put your mind to it. I am always amazed at human ingenuity and a persons ability to not just plan their work, but work their plan.

For more than thirty years I have said that one day I will have a small farm, grow my own vegetables like my grandmother and live off the land. Working with food entrepreneurs always reminds me how possible that is, since many people may not have land to farm, but they have decided to work with what they have and make this a better world. I am so immensely proud of a young man who was committed to baking the best bread on the planet, wholesome, organic and delicious. He did not want to use electricty but a brick hearth. 

What comes next is nothing short of a miracle, he built it, a brick hearth. Yep and the Box Turtle Bakery was born. The whole journey was amazing and it goes to show you that all things are possible. If you are dedicated to making a difference in the world...go for it, just go for it.
