Was this contest more difficult than the one in August? You betcha!

I hear that the honorable august judges were elated with the quality of the submissions and with the variety of horseshoe-shaped floral tributes that CoyoteOldStyle received for her OS anniversary. At least two of the judges had to get allergy shots because of the pollen.

But at last they, in their infinite wisdom, have rendered their decisions!

The winners of CoyoteOldStyle’s OS Anniversary Photo Caption Contest have been chosen and there are some great ones. There are also some lame ones. But they're all creative, pithy, thought-provoking, silly, happy, sad or descriptive.

Hey it's always fun to see what captions are entered and to see what a good time everybody has with this.

As the august judges were leaving earlier, I did hear one of them humming "September Song." Maybe it was a hint?
