Advent Calendar Door Number Sixteen

Rate: 12 Flag

Each day of Advent, beginning on December 1, is marked with a special calendar. Yesterday we opened door number fifteen. Today is another day and here on the east coast it is freezing cold still, even though the first day of Winter has yet to arrive. Open the door and cross your fingers that today's little gift is one that includes warmth.

I feel spring in this pic COS. I so wish here anyway.
Just the window view makes me start wishing anyway....
Beautiful-I love ferns growing under trees. I have 2 little orange nasturiums and one little geranium hanging on for dear life.
Mission, I will admit that this was taken in Spring and on freezing days like this we all long for a little spring, don't we!

Janice, plants do seem to surprise us with their tenacity, don't they! I'm glad that your flowers are bringing you joy.
It almost looks like a super-imposed picture, the web like the veins of a leaf. In a way, that's what a spider web is, I suppose—a conduit of the spider's life. Anyway, cool photo. This is a grand project. Keep it up!
Thanks, Kent. I really like this photo. It has a lot of things in it that are really cool and the spider web just seems like icing on the cake. Glad you're enjoying the project!
You have such a great eye for composition. I've missed so darned many of these. I just finished my last class about an hour ago and I don't have to go back until Jan.10, so tomorrow I will check out all your Advent posts. Too many to comment on , but you will see that I rated them. Big Hugs and a Happy Advent!
Hey Michael, thanks. I made the list of all the past ones just for times like this. I'm really glad you're back in school. That's important. Are you enjoying it?
I love the gossamer of the web. Lovely.
