CENSOR the INTERNET  or else I will continue to sue google Inc and Microsoft Corporation and the Federal Communications Commission for republishing or allowing republishing of my nude art out-of-context to minors by wire.  This republishing by wire  is AGAINST THE LAWS and public policy of the United States. 47 USC § 230 & numerous portions of 47 USC.

This absurd ruling is now fully briefed on appeal to the Eighth Circuit.  It is the first ruling involving photographic visual art since the law was passed in 1990 so supreme Court certiorari is likely when the ruling is finally made and has been considered since around 9-19-2011.
