Teacher, mom, animal rescuer, 4-time hurricane veteran, sometime-crankypants. Daisy Salter was my great-grandmother's name; didn't think she'd mind. Chaplin is one of my favorite artists, but I'm more like The Kid. Boudicca is my favorite warrior queen: never stopped fighting and kicked Roman butt. I like that.
