I'd like to say a big THANKYOU to RicTeresa who made my great blog banner. He is an AWESOME talent and our very own creative artist here on OS. So, check out his amazing work, you'll be very glad you did!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i'm married to my first and only husband, Edo, of 32 years. we have 9 children (!), 6 boys, 3 girls, and, yes, i do know about birth control, thank you very much! i'm only on OS to share a little of what i know and to find out what you know, too. when i'm not around for awhile, it's 'cause i've gotten behind in my laundry and can be found folding hundreds of socks, but i'll come out of the dungeon and visit again, promise!
Thanks, John. Here's a link to the Mrs. Calabash story: http://www.skypoint.com/members/schutz19/durante.htm Have a great September, what's left of it!
Those are great autumn songs ...I recall the smell of leaves burning at Illinois State as a coed, falling in love, and loving September. Thanks, Debbs4
O/E~you are welcome and, Happy Fall! ~Steve, you should always admit you listen to E,W & F, what's not to admit to? They are great after all! and, Walter~ I am indeed a lucky lady and thank you for recognizing that. You are a dear!
your blogs have inspired me to try cooking, reflect on what is so special about you and now made me boo hoo sentimental tears. beautiful...beautiful. im gonna have to show this to my boyfriend. love it.
Earth, Wind and Fire, the Chairman of the Board, and Yes, we have no banana's Jimmy Durante, and a picture of two peple in love. Who doesn't love September. Great Post~~Rated!!
I am not the Earth, Wind and Fire generation but "It's a long, long day from May to September" (Sinatra) Loved this link and Jimmy -- you are so clever and say so much with these photos -- a gift. Your guy reminds me a bit of mine --
ps My 14 year old boy, Daniel, loves this wonderful "old" song by Earth, Wind and Fire. He's jive-in right now and singing along in the kitchen. Ya gotta love it!
My guy is gone 2 1/2 years now, but we did have many good autumn days -- 56 married and several before. So we had it good. But he had the same hardy look -- he was of Scotch, Irish, Welsh decent -- red hair when young and a ruddy complexion.
