Yes...YES...YEESSSS!!!

The very definition of a quickie is something you (almost) don't even have to think about to get satisfaction. Whether you're getting your quickie from having sex with someone else (FWB or love interest) or taking matters into your own, quite capable hands, you know you want it and when it's an urgent matter, nothing will stand in your way.

When we're open and honest about what we want...especially if that means opening up your heart as well as your mouth, you're more likely to get consistent results. Love is like that too; we too often think (oops, there goes those thoughts again) that we will best serve another...and ourselves...by telling little white lies (hint: a lie, by any other name, is still a lie). The Juicy Crone would like to tell her audience that if you want satisfaction, in the long run, telling the truth about your desires is the quickest, surest way, bar none.

So, the next time you think (ehem) that you might be saving yourself short term pain for long term gain; think again. The quickie I'm speaking of here is the kind that might seem right in the moment, but ultimately, will cause a ripple effect that has unintended consequences.
