We punish the sick because we are the people Jesus warned us about, the people who thot they were better than The Good Samaritan, the people who think they are the New Chosen People, the people who think the sick and the poor deserve it and are being punished by God -- unless, of course, it's a member of their family that's sick.

Right Tom. Then the whole system should be changed to accommodate the infliction of that one family member. No more, no less.

You would be incorrect to assume that I do not have all my facts especially in regards to the President having the support of the AMA, nurses, pharma, etc...The AMA only represents approximately 187,000 doctors out of a couple of million doctors in the USA. The nurses association that was represented at a recent meeting at the White House, is only a part of SEIU, you know them, the twin sibling of ACORN, and does not reflect the views of the majority of the Nurses in this country. Pharma, of course, is supportive of whatever is going to benefit the Pharmaceuticul industry after all is said and done. So, fact check a little deeper, friend...As for talking about "your" President in a negative light..I appreciate that your were offended. I was offended that your President bore false witness to the people, in the people's House, so I guess we are even.

By the way, I don't have a picture up yet, because I am blogging from a computer elsewhere, and not where I can upload from my hard drive. I am technically challenged, so if there is another way to do that, I don't know about it..trust me..I am mind blowingly beautiful..
