A noisy Manhattan bar and discussing Ron Paul...talk about a conversation to write a post about here on OS!!

An older fellow, who had a very strong British accent, was sitting next to me and asked if I was into social media. I replied, very into social media on a site where people write stories and post photos. He then queried me on what I was writing about I said "Ron Paul." The noise level had just increased considerably due to a party group laughing amongst themselves very loudly and my fellow bar patron said, "Oh, Rumpole! I love that show!"

"No, no, I said Ron Paul!"

Apparently, my conversation partner was also heavily into Monty Python because faster than you can say Michael Palin, he said "You said Rumpole!"

"I did not!"

"Yes, you did!"

"I most certainly did not"

"You did!"

"Did not!"

...to get a feel for what I was going through just scroll in one minute and 20 seconds on the Monty Python video below and imagine the loud noise of the very busy bar added to the overall ambiance of the argument:

After "Mr. Monty Python" had paid his bar tab, I said "Aren't you going to pay for your drink?"

He said, "I just did."

"No you didn't!"

"Did!"

"Did not!"...........
