Vintage Open Salon Covers, Part Four

Rate: 13 Flag

It's time for another nostalgic look at some Open Salon covers from a few years back! You will recognize some familiar names and avatars here, plus some who have left OS. This is a reminder that there are some great stories to read that appeared long ago if you look back in time at some of your favorite writers' blogs. Also notable are different cover styles with large photos and different types of "feeds" on the right-hand column.

I remember those days! Lots of old friends up there in the feed....
I wasn't here then, but it's great to see so much creativity on display! Thanks!
That's a lot of memorable content. And not one smidge of streaming spam.
I agree with Harry. It is painful.
~Weeping~ Whatever happened to Dr. Amy???

~runs off stage crying~
Those were the days my friend...
That was before my time Des, but I am a fan of OS. Its one of the few places you can publish your writing uncensored onto the internet and it will actually get read. Taking that into account Long Live Open Salon!
I actually long for the days when Dr. Amy was the only thing we had to bitch about.
I love when you post these! It's great to know that we've got an archivist/historian of OS!
OH this is just so much fun...Thanks!

Very nice to see what those of you who were around in those days were doing.
Hey, I haven't been here in forever, but I posted something today, saw this, and then saw me on your first vintage cover. Yes, in case your wondering, it's still all about me in my little world...but hey and least I know and admit it.

What a great concept you have going here. Now I will take some time to really peruse the past.
That's great that you've kept these screen captures. All before my time here, so interesting to see them.
Thanks everyone for your really wonderful comments on the old OS covers! I've got lots more so there will be additional posts in the future.
