I had an inside tip a month before Sperry Rand bought the Univac machine. Spent the $500 I coulda shoulda invested instead on a leave to Paris. Well, I'll always have Paris.

Facebook's IPO is a symptom of the shell game called the stock market.

I don't know whether it will be before the election or after, but this WILL end badly.

After, Friday's dismal (and gerry-rigged) unemployment report, much big money is, already, shifting their choice as to who will be the next plantation owner.

Back in the early 1980's (or so) while I was working in a pub in Toronto, a guy came in trying to raise money and interest in a game his friend had developed by selling shares. It sounded sketchy to me. The game was called Trivial Pursuit. I passed.
