- I am a crazy taco with all kinds of sprinkles and confetti on it.
I love Madonna. I am gay. And I am pretty centrist in my views.
Anti-fur, Pro-gay, pro-life, anti-war, anti-uggs. I'm really nice and cool get to know me!
I am a journalism major at MCC and Oakland University, and a minor in Psychology/Social Work at Oakland. It's all still in progress still but you get the point. I love learning, I'm really nerdy. I'm obsessed with Shirley Jackson, Lewis Carroll and E.E. Cummings. And I love my friends, Krystal, Jamie, Jesse, and the rest.
I'm a helper-spirit. There isn't anything else I would choose to go do than help people in poverty, disease, and hopelessness. If I had a genie I would wish for these three things: 1.) I want to live forever. 2.) I want to obtain the ability and capacity to be a gay 'Mother Theresa' figure. 3.) I would wish for happiness at the end of everyone's tunnel.
I voted for Obama, and here in Michigan voted for Granholm. I'm Democratic. Shouldn't we all be? I mean, we do live in a Democracy, right?
Prepare for exposures of liars, cheats, distorters, obstructionists, homophobes, bigots and the like. Those people are dangerous and I'm not afraid of them, so lets go after hate together, okay??

Alternate Universe: Stonewall never happened.
Being open is a Stonewall reference, btw.
It's not originally about free sexual expression; it's about a bar's right to stay open. It's not about DKNY underwear on a tanned group of Adonis look-a-likes; it's 1960's "trannies" beating down police officers (who retreat by the way), with parking meters,… Read full post »
The Exorcist Is the Religious Right
Hello Hello Hello
I say to my cellphone. It doesn't reply. I hear a crackle and then a dial tone before saying,
"Hello," It's the beginning. In the end. Forever, "Hello".
I roll over in my bed on the tanned sheets. It's hot out now so I've shunned the heavier blankets. Layton isn't here.… Read full post »
Daddy
Daddy
by: Sylvia Plath
You do not do, you do not do
Any more, black shoe
In which I have lived like a foot
For thirty years, poor and white,
Barely daring to breathe or Achoo.
Daddy, I have had to kill you.
You died before I had time--
Marble-heavy, a bag full of God,
Ghastly statue with one… Read full post »
Our Own Joan Thwarts "The Bill"
I had to comment on Joan's epic battle with Bill O'Really a few days back, and I must say that watching this segment between the two was excruciating. It was as if O'Reilly's neuroses were now more prominent and emboldened than the "crazy left" who, as claimed by the angry host,… Read full post »
She's A Bitch
Sonia Sotomayor is "bitchy", "bossy", "spanish", and every other thing that terrifies conservatives. So what's shocking about her being hated on by everyone from Foxy Pundits, Rush Limbaugh and Politico.com? Nothing really.
Sotomayor is not an old, white male. She isn't a Republican, either. S… Read full post »
Tonight's Match-Up: Bill O'Reilly vs. Adam Lambert

Mainstream Americans are heterosexists
In California gays just lost a civil right. The millions of Californian voters had no issue with voting against their neighbors, or their cousins and daughters and sons and friends. They had no issue delaying the dreams of an unknown family. I just find it strikingly odd that Adam Lambert--the "gay"… Read full post »
10 Things More Dangerous than Gays Pt. Deux
I've really been thinking lately. And it seems that the churches of the world have got it all wrong: gays aren't the top-dogs when it comes to danger.
Danger, John Wayne-style. Gays are under that umbrella? I'm not so sure. But needless to say, I've compiled a list of things… Read full post »
Throwing Bombs: A Prose
I drove down Donna Rd. a few days back and promptly wrote a short story about my experiences on the back of a paper proposal introduction from a college class. On Donna Rd., my home was what I was looking for.
I got lost one time looking for it, I… Read full post »

American Dream
[i've been creating a collection of poems entitled 'Organism 9' for almost a year now. i really wanted to focus on the elements of a dream; specifically the American one. i also wanted to encorporate water, human nature, and religion. i think a lot. and i'm a packrat, so here's my garage of… Read full post »

Taily Bone
This is a spooky story that gave me nightmares for years after having listened to it in 3rd grade on a cassette player via headset. It's by David Holt and I'm not too sure how accurate it is in comparison to the one I remember: it seems a little altered. I thought you… Read full post »

Just one day for them
The national Day of Silence just passed and ironically, a young boy just made news for committing suicide on his battered and stained self-esteem. He saw something really ugly in what he thought humanity was and it just drove the child off. The Day of Silence is here to acknowledge the… Read full post »
Glenn Beck is in the Doom Bunker
Fox News hired a new whiner and he is none other than the Shakespearian poet and Nostradamus wannabe: Glenn Beck. Like Nostradamus, Beck makes wildly inaccurate/vague/martyrdom-related predictions of what the USA will be like a few years into an Obama presidency.
Also like Nostradamus, he thinks he… Read full post »
OS Garbage--And this garbage starts with a "Z"!
I think it's about time I admit it. I love calling people out so if I have any readers at all they should come to expect that when reading anything from me.
That should say: "Fuck this shit I want substance!" And for the cookie monsters' say, he has… Read full post »
OS Wingnuts on the Gay Nursing Blog
I found a remarkably numb post by an OS troll that I thought needs to be exposed at a higher level. I hope you enjoy the smear: every single gay man and woman has been insulted by yet another ignoramus. Off-topic, rude and done so consciously:

Living In a PopCulture CyberStory
Living out a life should be simple, happy, and hopefully fufilling, right? There shouldn't be all these cellophane complexities and pop culture epigrams and spiraling self-hatred that plagues the poets and the prophets. Living should be enjoyable. We are lucky enough to avoid the viruses and the brai… Read full post »
'Homophobe' defined.
Recently as many of you know Senator Barney Frank was on an online news site and called Justice Scalia a homophobe. Then there was this momentary outrage from the right and some frowns on the left.
Was he really out of line? It is was it is, right? So if Scalia really… Read full post »
10/7 Beast

Oh, all of your heads!
How many you do have, with all those wandering
eyes. Those wandering,
minds.
Oh, all of the horns!
Sharp, gloriously, profoundly,
Blasphemous,
Against nature and her lush jungles, tuberroses,
Beast of Abnormalities
Demon O Demon,

The Double-Standard Against Conservatism? Let's Not Joke.
So if anyone has turned on Fox Noise in the past two years even for one segment, one would notice an extreme longing to be in the There's-a-double-standard-against-us-too!-position. So, I gave it a lot of thought. Then I thought about it some more...and then some more and...I came to this question:… Read full post »
I Am 9015474670
So, I'm 18. And the mailbox recently treated me to a selective service letter notifying me to sign up or face some kind of beheading I assumed. Nevertheless, I signed up. And in doing so I was given #9015474670. It just popped up, that was it, have a nice day. I… Read full post »
Most recently, the only news surfacing for the gay community--Prop 8 passed, Rosie is insane, and Rick War-on-'mos is speaking for the guy that gay people helped elect-- Isn't much to lift the spirits of LGBT people.
