I'm not the biggest fan of Sen. Lindsey Graham but I was glad to see him press AG Holder on this. This was an interesting exchange.

In light of the decision by Obama to let Holder try KSM and other terrorists in a CIVILIAN court this seems kind of "inconvenient".
