The Baby Weasel says, "Help! I'm Stuck!"

The Weasel Header jpeg

Photo of baby weasel stuck in a great stuckness

This photo of the baby weasel was taken the first time we saw her, when she was only 5  1/2 weeks old.  Somehow Sasha managed to get up the first step, but there she remained, unable to negotiate the second step into the house.  Co-breeder and professional dog trainer Amy came to the rescue!

(If you ever reach the end of your rope with a dog you love, send me a message and I'll put you in touch with phenomenal trainer Amy.  She offers a 10-day residence program using only positive reinforcement and a slip collar that will straighten out lazy, willful, annoying and disobedient dogs.  You'd have to bring your dog to the Columbus, Ohio area.  The real trick is retraining us not to let them run things!)

You know, your blog really should have paws up instead of thumbs up. She is absolutely 100% adorable, and so tiny! Ah, I love puppies. :)
I've always felt that 90% of all dog problems have to do with the handler not knowing which end of the lead belongs to them.

Weasel may be stuck here but I like that determined look in her eye.

Thanks. Dogs are happiest when they have direction...of course that means training, with consistency. Then they are secure enough to give back as they go about their tasks.
Our Bogez is currently a willful adolescent, I suppose. Alternatively perfect and annoying as hell. We're trying to shower him with equal parts adoration and discipline. I'll let you know later if we're winning.

BTW, my girls Love your Weasel! Especially his name! They request more pics!
The Weasel would like to clarify that she is a female. Actually, proud to be a black bitch! Her name is Sasha and she's delighted to have a fan club. Enthusiastic weasel kisses are being transmitted virtually to your children (she's a major kisser). There will be at least one weasel photo per week, so tell them they'll get a regular weasel fix.
What a precious picture! Could she be any cuter? It's like she's saying, "Nope. Not going up there. Not gonna happen."
Sweet. I can almost smell that puppy breath.......!
Ah, Artsfish, a knife through my heart. Puppy breath! Only truly serious dog lovers know about it and appreciate it (like the incomparable smell of wet dog). I'd almost forgotten!
