Today is the two year anniversary of my heart attack. The top picture is at the Parthenon last December. The bottom picture is at the Hermitage a little more than two years ago, before I had the HA.

I do NIA, aquablast, which is a cardio workout in warm water, and swim laps - but I've done both yoga and Zumba - when I figure out how to be retired, I'll probably add both back in, at least as alternative.
