irania, I'm with you....but I have the feeling some of these warnings are pumped up so that the justice system won't have to "feel bad" for letting a guy claim a stun gun could be confused with a real gun. a trained police officer no less.

people don't want to believe that police officers will willingly do wrong...and I hear he cried on the stand. not for the 25 year old he killed. no, for himself. for himself.

It is easy to be sorry when you are faced with consequences. It is much more difficult to say your are wrong when no one knows. I believe a cop will lie to cover his ass.
