Today, The Colombian newspaper El Espacio reports (translated):
Colombian police, via the Judicial Investigations Division, is investigating the disappearance of two beautiful women in the capital, exactly during the days that the Dutch psychopath was passing though the country. For the moment, it is a coincidence that the young women and the confessed murderer were frequent visitors to the casinos in Bogotá.
El Espacio comments on the arrival and departure dates into and out of Colombia by van der Sloot—dates that are disputed—and that he stayed at a prestigious five-star hotel in North Bogota where his face was recognized by service personnel. Apparently there is also video from one of the casinos where van der Sloot can be seen gambling and drinking.
Allegedly, the young women disappeared on May 13, one day before van der Sloot left Colombia for Perú.
Radio Netherlands Worldwide (RNW), which is keeping close tabs on the van der Sloot case, also comments of this development:
Police in Colombia are investigating whether Dutch national Johan van der Sloot was involved in the disappearance of two girls in Bogotá. The chief suspect in the murder case of Peruvian woman Stephany Flores was reportedly seen in various casinos in the Colombian capital in the company of young girls.
But RNW cautions about the “sensationalist” nature of El Espacio, and concludes that a Colombian “police spokesman has confirmed that Bogotá is investigating the disappearance of the two girls, but stresses that there is as yet unsubstantiated evidence to implicate Johan van der Sloot, who is still the main suspect in the case of the disappearance of Natalee Holloway.”

It made me sick to see the ridiculous over coverage of the Natalee Holloway case when there are women and children disappearing and being killed daily in America, let alone in other countries.
Even now, they play the video of her terrible dancing and posturing at least 30 times in the course of one report about her case. Meanwhile, many other women have disappeared and are feared dead.
Now, I wonder if the media's focus on one White, American girl might have interfered with or covered up investigations and information about what may be a hundred deaths caused by this psycopath.
